Activate key sent not activating the Ready API Licence . Please help

Hi ,

I received a activate key for the soap licence my company  purchased for me .When  using the activate key, a message Licence needs actvation keeps coming . Please help .

I am attaching the soaplicence and Activate key.

This is really urgent.Have not been able to work for the last 2 days.
