Automatically set TestExecute options

Hello,

Is there a way of setting TestExecute application options (like 'check for updates at startup'  or  'log/activate after test run') automatically, ie. by changing registry entries or some  configuration file ?

Setting these options to desired (non-default) values during installation or even test execution could also answer my question.
